About Dr Chinwe Okechukwu

Dr Okechukwu is a dedicated and experienced Family Physician, strongly committed to comprehensive healthcare delivery. She is proficient in Family Medicine practices and has held extended roles in care of the elderly especially in managing memory-related conditions and leveraging data science for improved patient outcomes. Dr Okechukwu possesses strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering patient-centred care.


Trained as a General Practitioner in the United Kingdom with broad experience across Women’s Health, Paediatrics, Surgery, Psychiatry, and Care of the Elderly; she is passionate about preventative care, chronic disease management, and promoting the overall well-being of her patients.


She is married with two children and is excited to set up practice in Ontario providing cutting-edge healthcare to our patients and impacting our communities.
